Clear terms for using Podorbit.

By accessing or using Podorbit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into this agreement, or use Podorbit with permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

Podorbit indexes technology podcasts and maps episodes to guests and companies to support discovery and research. The service includes browsing, search, filtering, episode favorites, guest favorites, company favorites, local playback lists, and cross-device playback handoff at no charge.

Some functionality may be labeled beta, preview, or testing. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple is used to create and access your Podorbit account. You are responsible for your account's security and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

Podcast titles, descriptions, artwork, audio, links, guest information, and company information may originate from podcast publishers or other public sources. Their respective owners retain their rights. Podorbit's mappings and AI-assisted metadata can contain errors and should be verified before making professional, financial, legal, or other important decisions.

Links may take you to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Podorbit is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or practices.

You may not:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or use Podorbit to harass or deceive others.
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or introduce malicious code into the service.
• Use automated extraction in a way that degrades the service or republishes our index.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Podorbit or use the service for fraudulent activity.

Podorbit's software, interface, brand, original copy, and database organization are owned by or licensed to Podorbit. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

Podorbit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Podorbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using Podorbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Podorbit's operator resides, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights available in your country. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
